Ongoing Care

Always remember to schedule regular follow up visits to ensure ongoing care is up to date and in perfect working order. Your hearing aids enhance your everyday life. Show your hearing aids the same love they show you and check out the tips below to help you do it!

Travel

Take extra caution when traveling.  Make sure you have enough batteries and cleaning/maintenance supplies.  Feel free to schedule a "quick" clean and check appointment before you leave so you can have peace of mind knowing your devices are working well.

It is advised to carry your supplies - particularly batteries- in your carry on bags because the non-pressurized checked baggage can shorten their strength.

Safety

It's important to make sure your hearing aids allow you to hear emergency notifications like smoke detectors, security alarms, and many more. Make sure to test your hearing aid every now and then to ensure safety.

Cleaning

Constant vigilance in caring for your hearing aid is essential. Cleaning your hearing aids every 3 months is essential for keeping them in top form. Cleaning prevents the build-up or clogging of essential components and will ensure your device's longevity. Watch this video to learn some neat tips!
